My progress so far. Left picture, 204lbs…and miserable. I knew I needed a change and began eating clean and exercising. Right picture is 148lbs taken last week. Now I’m excited to go to the gym, work a new muscle, set a new pr, and be fit. I’m excited to create a clean recipe and feel healthy after I eat, not like crap. I still have a ways to go, but I know I’m not going back.
